Our poems are protected by copyright and, as such, we are keen to ensure that that copyright is not abused or misused. In order to assist us in this regard we have found it necessary to blur out some of the words in our poems such that not all of the words in a poem are displayed in full. Please therefore read the full terms below before selecting/printing off any of our poems. Clearly, all of the words of each poem will be included when you purchase it and print it off.

We understand that choosing the right words for such a sensitive occasion is essential, and your satisfaction is our priority. However, given the nature of digital content, which can be downloaded instantly and used immediately, we do not offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under UK consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws. If you change your mind about your purchase and have not downloaded the content, we will happily honour your request for a refund within 7 days of purchase provided the download does not take place.
